These terms govern your use of BrokerSwiss. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, stop using the site — that is the only consequence, because there is no account to close and no subscription to cancel.
1. Who you are agreeing with
The site is published by Broker Swiss Team, operated by Tadawul Capital Media LLC (New Mexico, USA, registration 0008075163), referred to below as "the publisher". Contact: [email protected].
2. What the site is
The site publishes editorial reviews of retail trading brokers, compiled from public registers and the brokers' own published documents.
The site is not a broker, an introducing broker, an investment firm or an adviser. It does not hold client money, open accounts, transmit orders, execute trades, or act as a party to any agreement between you and a broker. It is not authorised by any financial regulator, because it carries out none of the activities that would require authorisation.
Nothing on the site is financial advice, a personal recommendation, an offer, or an invitation to buy or sell anything. The disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.
3. Who the site is for
The site is directed at readers outside the United Kingdom and is not intended for persons located there. It is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where publishing it, or accessing it, would be contrary to local law. If you are in such a place, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 to submit anything through the site's forms.
4. Using the site
You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link back to the page quoted.
You may not:
- republish, sell or systematically copy substantial parts of the site's content;
- scrape or harvest the site by automated means at a rate that degrades it for other readers;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its content management system or its server, or interfere with their operation;

5. Comments and reader ratings
Where comments are open, you may submit a comment and a rating. In doing so you confirm that what you write is your own, is honest, and is based on your own dealings with the broker in question.
Comments are moderated before publication. A comment may be rejected or removed if it is defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, misleading, off-topic, promotional, submitted on someone else's behalf for payment, or an attempt to manipulate a broker's standing. Rejection is not a judgement about you; it is a judgement about whether the comment can stand next to a review.
If you have been paid, given a rebate, or otherwise rewarded for posting, you must say so in the comment itself. An undisclosed incentivised comment will be removed.
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting it you grant the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, store, display and — for length or clarity, never for meaning — edit it on this site. You can ask for your comment to be removed at any time by emailing the contact address.
Published comments are the opinions of the people who wrote them. They are not the publisher's views, they are not verified as fact, and they do not feed into an editorial rating.
6. Enquiry forms
Where the site offers a form, submitting it is voluntary and nothing is transmitted before you press submit. What is collected, how long it is kept, and how to have it erased are set out in the privacy policy.
7. Paid links and commercial relationships
Some links to brokers are paid links, labelled as such where they appear: if you follow one and open an account, the publisher may receive a commission from that broker. This does not change what you pay.
A commercial relationship does not buy a rating, a place in the ordering of the reviews hub, the removal of a finding, or pre-publication approval. Ratings follow the published rating methodology, and the hub is ordered by rating with ties broken alphabetically.
8. Accuracy and availability
Content is published in good faith and dated to its sources, but it is not warranted to be complete, current or error-free, and broker terms change without notice. Verify anything you intend to act on with the broker and the relevant regulator before acting.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". No guarantee is given that it will be uninterrupted, or that any particular page will remain published. Pages may be corrected, updated, withdrawn or archived at any time.
9. Third-party sites
Links to brokers, regulators and other sites are provided for reference and are not endorsements. The publisher does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data. Once you follow a link out, that site's terms and privacy policy apply.
10. Intellectual property
The text, ratings, structure, design and code of this site belong to the publisher, except for material identified as belonging to someone else. Broker names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, to identify the firm being reviewed. Their use here does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

11. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any decision you take in reliance on it — including trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, and any indirect or consequential loss. You use the site on the basis that you make your own decisions and bear their consequences.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in them affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
12. Corrections and complaints
If a page is wrong, email [email protected] with the page, the claim, and the source that contradicts it. Corrections are made on the evidence, not on the volume of the request; where a correction is material, the page records that it was corrected and when. Complaints about moderation, about data, or about the site generally go to the same address.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of this page is the date they last changed, and the version published here is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
14. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
