Everything here is general information about brokers, published for readers who are making their own decisions. It is not a personal recommendation, and it cannot be one: this site knows nothing about your finances, your objectives, your time horizon, your tax position, your existing holdings, or how much you could afford to lose. A recommendation that ignores all of that is not a recommendation.

What a rating is, and what it is not
Ratings on this site are an editorial score derived from the published rating methodology. They summarise how a broker compares on the criteria that methodology sets out, on the dates the underlying facts were checked.
A rating is not a prediction, a safety guarantee, an endorsement, or a statement that a broker is suitable for you. A high score does not mean your money is safe there, and a low score does not mean a firm is fraudulent. Two brokers with the same score can be wrong for two different readers.
The same applies to a licence. That a named legal entity appears on a regulator's register is a fact about that entity's permissions on the date the register was read. It is not a warranty of solvency, of conduct, or of the return of your money. Registers change, permissions are varied and withdrawn, and a firm can be authorised and still fail.
Trading risk
Trading leveraged products — contracts for difference, margined foreign exchange, and similar instruments — carries a high risk of rapid loss. Most retail investor accounts lose money trading these products. Leverage magnifies losses as much as gains, and depending on the entity you contract with and the protections it offers, you may be able to lose more than you deposit.
Past performance says nothing about future results. Simulated, backtested or demo-account results are not real results and are not achievable in live conditions. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat the presence of a broker on this site as a reason to start.
Accuracy, sources and dates
Reviews are compiled from public regulator registers, published enforcement records, and the brokers' own published documents. Every factual claim is dated to the source it was read from, because these facts move: fee schedules change, entities are restructured, licences are added and withdrawn, and a page that was accurate when it was written can be wrong a month later.
No warranty is given that any page is complete, current, or free of error. Verify anything you intend to act on directly with the broker and with the relevant regulator's own register before you act. Where a claim comes from a broker's marketing, it is presented as that broker's claim rather than as an established fact.

Commercial relationships do not affect ratings or the order in which reviews are listed, and no broker gets sight of a review before it is published — but you should know the relationship exists and weigh what you read accordingly.
