Main Strengths and Drawbacks
This review is built from the terms FxPro published for the first quarter of 2026, for a firm that has been operating since 2006. Costs are worked through on a 500 dollar balance and the quoted cost of 55 trades on major currency pairs, gold and equity indices, across the Standard and Raw+ account tiers. The support languages and the deposit and withdrawal terms come from the broker’s own disclosures.
Advantages
- Strong multi-layered regulation from first-tier authorities including the British FCA and the Cypriot CySEC, which places demanding capital and conduct obligations on the European entities
- A wide platform line-up covering MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView and the in-house FxPro platform, a range few brokers match
- More than 2,100 instruments to trade, covering forex, shares, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies and exchange-traded funds
- A published average order execution time under 12 milliseconds, out of the LD4 data centre in London
- Negative balance protection, and client money held in segregated accounts
- More than 140 industry awards over the course of its history
Drawbacks
- The standard-account spread is above the industry average, starting at 1.2 pips on EURUSD with an average of around 1.4 pips
- An inactivity fee beginning after 6 months at 15 dollars up front and a monthly charge after that, which some competitors such as Exness do not levy at all
- The Islamic account works on a grace-period basis (8 days on the major pairs) rather than being permanently free of charges, and once the grace period ends an administration fee applies
- A minimum deposit of 100 dollars, higher than competitors that allow a start at 10 dollars
Overall, FxPro suits traders who value strong regulation, a choice of platforms and a broad instrument range. It may not be the best fit for anyone chasing the lowest possible trading cost, or for anyone who needs a swap-free account with no time limit on the exemption.
Company Background
The FxPro group was founded in 2006 under the name EuroOrient Securities and Financial Services Ltd in Cyprus, and was renamed later. The current head office is in London, in the United Kingdom, at 13-14 Basinghall Street, with further offices in Limassol in Cyprus and at other locations around the world, trading as FxPro.
On the corporate record as of February 2026, FxPro presents itself as the world’s number one forex broker by its own description, resting that on more than 140 industry awards collected over its history. The firm states that it serves more than two million active trading accounts in more than 170 countries. That geographic reach reflects the size and stability of a business that has been in brokerage for close to two decades.
FxPro operates through several separate legal entities, each licensed by a different authority. That corporate structure lets the firm serve clients across multiple regions while meeting the regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction. The most prominent of the entities are FxPro UK Limited in the United Kingdom, FxPro Financial Services Ltd in Cyprus, and FxPro Global Markets Ltd in the Bahamas.
Is FxPro a scam? The question recurs in various forms in Arabic-language search. On the public record, no. The firm holds licences from first-tier authorities, the British FCA and the Cypriot CySEC, and has operated since 2006, an operating record of some 20 years. It is also registered in the British companies register, and its filings can be checked on the government Companies House website. Trusting the firm does not remove the risk in trading itself: some 74.46% of retail trading accounts lose money on contracts for difference with FxPro, according to the firm’s own disclosure to CySEC. To check any brokerage independently, there is a guide to avoiding scam trading firms.

Why Traders Might Consider FxPro
A number of features distinguish FxPro from other brokerage firms. None of them makes it the ideal broker for every trader, but together they make it worth a look for certain kinds of account.
A choice of platforms: this is the most striking thing about the offering. FxPro is one of the few brokers to provide five different trading platforms at once: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, TradingView and the in-house FxPro platform. That range means a trader can pick the environment that fits their style, whether that is the classic MT4 setup, the advanced charting in TradingView, or the algorithmic tooling in cTrader. For a deeper comparison there is a guide to trading platforms and how to choose between them.
Strong regulation: few brokers hold licences from two first-tier authorities at once. The British FCA licence (509956) and the Cypriot CySEC licence (078/07) place demanding obligations on those entities, covering segregation of client money, capital adequacy and negative balance protection. The other entities, FSCA in South Africa and SCB in the Bahamas, add further layers of supervision.
An enormous instrument range: with more than 2,100 instruments, FxPro offers one of the widest selections among forex brokers. That covers more than 70 currency pairs, 2,000 shares from American and European exchanges, 18 indices, 28 cryptocurrencies, plus commodities and exchange-traded funds. For anyone looking for a single broker covering every asset class, that breadth is a clear competitive advantage.
Execution speed: FxPro states an average execution time under 12 milliseconds, out of the LD4 data centre in London, which connects directly to first-tier banks. That figure is the broker’s own, and execution speed is not measured here.
Institutional depth: a firm 20 years old, with more than two million clients, a London head office and several first-tier licences. That level of institutional stability offers a degree of reassurance not available at smaller or newer brokers. Anyone at the start of their trading journey who wants to understand how brokers are assessed in general can begin with the guide to the basics of trading for beginners.
Licences and Regulation
Every licence FxPro holds appears on the public register of the authority that issued it, and each number below can be looked up there — as those registers stood in February 2026. On that record FxPro is among the more heavily regulated brokers in the industry, holding licences from five different authorities at varying levels of strictness.
The point every trader in the Arab region needs to grasp is that the entity holding the account depends on the country of residence. Traders in the region are usually served by the Bahamas entity (FxPro Global Markets Ltd) or the Seychelles one (FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd), rather than by the European entities under FCA or CySEC. Even so, holding those European licences reflects the group’s commitment as a whole to high regulatory standards.
| Legal entity | Regulator | Licence number | Regulatory tier | Serves retail clients in the Arab region |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| FxPro UK Limited | FCA (United Kingdom) | 509956 | Tier 1 | No (residents of the United Kingdom only) |
| FxPro Financial Services Ltd | CySEC (Cyprus) | 078/07 | Tier 1 | European clients only |
| FxPro Financial Services Ltd | FSCA (South Africa) | 45052 | Tier 2 | South African clients |
| FxPro Global Markets Ltd | SCB (Bahamas) | SIA-F184 | Tier 3 | Yes |
| FxPro Global Markets MENA Ltd | FSA (Seychelles) | SD120 | Tier 3 | Yes |
Is FxPro genuinely licensed? Yes, and the record is easy to check. The British FCA register (register.fca.org.uk) returns FxPro UK Limited as registered and licensed against number 509956. The CySEC licence numbered 078/07 can be checked the same way on the Cypriot securities authority’s site, and the FSCA licence numbered 45052 on the site of the South African financial sector authority. For more on why licences matter in the trading industry and how to verify them, a detailed guide sets it out.
What that means in practice for a trader in the Arab world: the account will most likely sit with the Bahamas entity (SCB SIA-F184) or the Seychelles one (FSA SD120). The SCB in the Bahamas and the FSA in the Seychelles impose lighter client-protection and statutory requirements than the British FCA or the Cypriot CySEC. What helps here is that FxPro as a group applies broadly uniform standards across all its entities on segregation of funds and negative balance protection, even where the formal regulatory obligations differ. A guide to verifying a broker’s licence is worth reading before any trading account is opened.
In fairness, the regulatory position at FxPro is stronger than at many competitors. Holding two first-tier licences (FCA plus CySEC) puts it well ahead on regulatory credibility against brokers relying solely on offshore licences from the Seychelles or the Virgin Islands.
Opening an Account and Verification
The account-opening process is straightforward and runs entirely online. On the flow published in February 2026, the broker puts initial registration at about 5 minutes, slightly slower than at some competitors because of the detailed suitability questionnaire FxPro uses to assess a trader’s experience and knowledge. That questionnaire is a regulatory requirement and reflects the broker’s adherence to the rules.
The site asks for personal details — full name, date of birth, nationality and country of residence — and then questions about financial circumstances, previous trading experience and familiarity with financial products. After that come the identity verification documents (KYC): proof of identity, a passport or a national identity card, and proof of address, a recent utility bill or a bank statement no more than 6 months old.
Both documents are uploaded through the site. No approval turnaround is published, and none is asserted here; in practice it depends on the quality of the documents supplied and on the volume of applications at the time.
Where FxPro differs from some competitors such as Exness is that verification has to be completed in full before a deposit can be made and trading can start. Some brokers allow small amounts to be traded immediately, before verification is complete; FxPro takes the stricter approach on this point.
Anyone opening a trading account for the first time will find the general steps set out in the guide to opening a trading account, which walks through the process across a range of brokers.
The account-opening steps, in short:
- Visit the FxPro website and choose to open a live account
- Enter the personal details and answer the suitability questionnaire
- Upload the verification documents (identity plus proof of address)
- Wait for the verification to be approved
- Deposit, choose a platform and start trading
Account Types
FxPro offers three main account types plus a separate cTrader account, each aimed at a different kind of trader. On the published terms the differences run past spread and commission to the instruments available, the platforms supported and the trading conditions attached.
| Account type | Minimum deposit | Spread from | Commission | Platforms supported | Best suited to |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $100 | From 1.2 pips | None | MT4, MT5, FxPro Platform, TradingView | Beginners and ordinary traders |
| Raw+ | $100 | From 0.0 pips | $3.50 USD per lot per side | MT4, MT5, FxPro Platform, TradingView | Active traders and scalpers |
| Elite | $100 | From 0.0 pips | $3.50 USD per lot per side, with a rebate of up to $1.50 USD | MT4, MT5, FxPro Platform, TradingView | High-volume traders |
| cTrader | $100 | From 0.2 pips | $35 USD per million dollars traded | cTrader | Algorithmic and professional traders |
On the published terms the Standard account suits anyone who prefers simplicity and would rather not deal with commission accounting. The spread is naturally higher, because the whole trading cost is built into it. The Raw+ account is the cheaper of the two for active trading: a flat commission of 3.50 dollars per lot per side with a spread close to zero on the major pairs makes the all-in cost markedly lower than the standard account.
The Elite account offers the same terms as Raw+ with one addition, a rebate (Rebate) of up to 1.50 dollars per lot, which cuts the effective cost for high-volume traders. It is plainly built for professionals placing a large number of trades a month.
The cTrader account is separate and available only through the cTrader platform. Its spread starts at 0.2 pips with a different commission structure: 35 dollars per million dollars of trading volume rather than a per-lot commission. That structure can work out cheaper for traders placing large orders.
The VIP account: traders depositing 50,000 dollars or more receive VIP status, which brings discounts of up to 30% on spreads and commissions, along with a dedicated account manager and exclusive analysis.
The Islamic account: every account type is available in a swap-free form. One point needs stating clearly, though: the Islamic account at FxPro works on a grace period rather than a permanent exemption. The grace period on the major forex pairs is 8 days for MT4 and MT5 accounts, and once it ends an administration fee may apply to open positions. Indices, futures and shares are permanently exempt with no grace period at all. That makes the Islamic account at FxPro a better fit for traders who open and close positions within a few days, and a poorer one for traders who hold positions for weeks or months. By comparison, brokers such as Exness offer a swap-free account automatically, with no substitute administration fee on any instrument.
Fees and Trading Costs
Trading cost is what decides long-term profitability more than any other single factor. The spreads below are the ones published at different points in the trading day — during the London session, during the New York session, and across the overlap between the two — compared with three main competitors: IC Markets, Pepperstone and XM.
Spreads
Compared across different points of the day in February 2026, the published spread widens noticeably once the European and American markets close, after midnight Riyadh time, and tightens through the overlap between the London and New York sessions. The FxPro spread on the standard account is above the industry average, and that is a weakness a trader should be aware of.
The table below gives the approximate average standard-account spread, commission excluded, on the most widely traded instruments, alongside three competitors. These are approximate figures drawn from pricing published in the first quarter of 2026 and from independent published sources.
| Instrument | FxPro (Standard) | IC Markets (Standard) | Pepperstone (Standard) | XM (Standard) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EURUSD | 1.4 pips | 0.8 pips | 1.1 pips | 1.7 pips |
| GBPUSD | 1.8 pips | 1.0 pips | 1.3 pips | 2.1 pips |
| USDJPY | 1.4 pips | 0.9 pips | 1.1 pips | 1.6 pips |
| AUDUSD | 1.6 pips | 0.8 pips | 1.2 pips | 1.8 pips |
| USDCHF | 1.8 pips | 1.0 pips | 1.3 pips | 1.9 pips |
| Gold (XAUUSD) | 25 cents | 15 cents | 18 cents | 35 cents |
| Oil (Brent) | 4 cents | 3 cents | 4 cents | 5 cents |
As the table shows, the FxPro standard-account spread is higher than IC Markets and Pepperstone on almost every instrument, though lower than XM on most pairs. For the lowest possible cost at FxPro, the Raw+ account is the one to take: the spread starts at 0.0 pips with a commission of 3.50 dollars per lot per side.
Commissions
The Standard account charges no trading commission at all; the cost is built entirely into the spread. The Raw+ and Elite accounts charge a flat 3.50 dollars per standard lot per side (7 dollars round turn). The cTrader account charges 35 dollars per million dollars of trading volume.
The Raw+ commission of 7 dollars round turn matches IC Markets (7 dollars) and Pepperstone (7 dollars) on their professional accounts. The real difference lies in the spread that comes with the commission, and on published pricing IC Markets is ahead there by a narrow margin.
Overnight Financing (Swaps)
Swap charges apply to positions still open after the daily market close. They vary with the instrument, the direction of the position and prevailing interest rates. On Wednesdays the swap is charged three times over, to cover the weekend. On the published rates, swaps at FxPro sit in the middle of the industry range, neither the highest nor the lowest.
On the Islamic account, as noted above, the arrangement is a grace period (8 days on the major forex pairs), and once it ends an administration fee may apply. Indices, shares and futures are permanently exempt.
Deposit and Withdrawal Fees
FxPro charges nothing of its own on deposits or withdrawals, which is a clear positive. There are important exceptions to know about, though: withdrawing to Neteller or Skrill without having traded, or requesting a refund through PayPal more than 6 months after the original deposit, may attract a charge. A payment provider may also levy a fee of its own.
Inactivity Fees
This is a clear weakness at FxPro against brokers such as Exness and IC Markets, which charge no inactivity fee at all. FxPro applies one after 6 months without trading, starting with a one-off account maintenance charge of 15 dollars and followed by a continuing monthly fee for as long as the account stays dormant. Anyone who does not intend to trade regularly is better off withdrawing the balance to avoid it.
Overall Assessment of Costs
Overall the FxPro fee structure runs from average to high on the standard account and competitive on the Raw+ and Elite accounts. The absence of deposit and withdrawal fees is a positive, but the inactivity fee is a clear drawback. An active trader on the Raw+ account will find the all-in trading cost reasonable and in line with the main competitors. An occasional trader on a standard account will find cheaper options in the market.
Desktop Trading Platforms
FxPro is ahead of most competitors on the number and variety of trading platforms it makes available. It offers five different ones, which is more than many other brokers manage.
MetaTrader 4 (MT4): the most popular platform in forex. It supports automated trading through expert advisors (Expert Advisors) and carries a wide set of technical indicators and drawing tools. Through FxPro it is available for Windows and macOS and as a web build, and MT4 remains the most widely used environment among forex traders.
MetaTrader 5 (MT5): the newer generation of MetaTrader, with extra features including more timeframes (21 against 9 on MT4), depth of market (DOM), a built-in economic calendar and support for more pending order types. The instrument range is wider on MT5 than on MT4.
cTrader: an advanced platform with a particular following among scalpers and algorithmic traders. It carries sophisticated charting, level II depth of market (Level II) and the ability to code trading robots in C# through cAlgo. On its published specification the cTrader interface is more modern and cleaner than MetaTrader, with quick response times.
TradingView: the most recent addition to the FxPro platform set. TradingView is known for professional charting tools and an enormous trading community. The integration with FxPro allows trading straight from the TradingView interface with no separate platform needed, which matters to anyone already using TradingView for technical analysis.
FxPro Trading Platform: the broker’s own platform, built from scratch with a modern design and an easy interface. It runs in the browser with nothing to download, and offers more than 50 technical indicators, advanced charting and built-in economic news. It suits traders who prefer a simple, current interface.
That range of platforms gives a trader freedom to choose on the basis of style and experience. A beginner may prefer the in-house FxPro platform for its simplicity, while a professional may pick cTrader for its advanced tooling or TradingView for its charting.
Mobile Trading Apps
FxPro offers an app of its own, FxPro: Trading & Investing, alongside the official MetaTrader apps and the cTrader app. The description below refers to the FxPro app as published in February 2026.
The FxPro: Trading & Investing app carries a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars on Google Play from more than 73,800 ratings. It supports 22 languages, Arabic among them, which reflects an interest in Arabic-speaking markets. On App Store it carries a comparable rating and offers the same core functions.
On the published feature list the interface is clean and well organised. The app supports opening and closing positions quickly, following charts with basic technical indicators, and managing the account, deposits and withdrawals included, from the phone. Order execution speed on the app is not measured here.
The app does not support custom price alerts (Price Alerts) internally, which some traders will miss. A third-party app such as TradingView can cover that gap.
Alongside the in-house FxPro app, the official MT4, MT5 and cTrader apps are available on both stores. Those apps carry the full functionality of each platform on a phone.
For a side-by-side comparison of the apps different brokers offer, there is a guide to the leading trading apps.
| Criterion | FxPro app |
|---|---|
| Google Play rating | 4.5/5 (more than 73,800 ratings) |
| App Store rating | About 4.4/5 |
| Languages supported | 22 languages, Arabic included |
| Arabic language support | Yes |
| Deposits and withdrawals in the app | Yes |
| Charts | Advanced, with technical indicators |
| Price alerts | Not available internally |
Tradable Instruments
FxPro offers more than 2,100 instruments to trade as contracts for difference (CFDs), which puts it among the most varied brokers in the industry. The detail below is taken from the instrument lists the broker publishes for each platform.
| Asset class | Approximate number | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Currency pairs (forex) | 70+ pairs | EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, plus major, minor and exotic pairs |
| Shares | 2,000+ shares | Apple, Amazon, Tesla, plus American and European shares |
| Indices | 18+ indices | US30 (Dow Jones), US500 (S&P), USTEC (Nasdaq), UK100, DE40 |
| Metals | 12+ instruments | Gold (XAUUSD), silver, platinum, palladium |
| Energy | 3+ instruments | Crude oil (Brent, WTI), natural gas |
| Cryptocurrencies | 28+ currencies | Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Solana |
| Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) | Available | Funds on shares, commodities and bonds |
| Futures | 38+ contracts | Contracts on agricultural commodities, metals and energy |
The breadth of the instrument range is one of the clearest strengths at FxPro. With more than 2,000 shares to trade as contracts for difference, the broker is well ahead of competitors such as Exness (around 100 shares) and XM (around 1,300 shares). That makes it a strong option for traders who want access to international equity markets through a single broker.
The number of forex pairs (70+) is good and covers the major and minor pairs plus some exotics. The cryptocurrency selection (28+) is a reasonable spread across the major and mid-cap coins. Indices, commodities and futures add a further dimension for diversification.
For anyone particularly interested in precious metals, there is a guide to trading gold covering the basics of that market and how it moves.
One point worth noting: the number of instruments differs between platforms. MT5 and cTrader carry the widest selection, while MT4 may be more limited. It is worth picking the right platform where a specific asset class matters.
Order Execution
The published average execution time at FxPro is under 12 milliseconds. That is the broker’s own figure; there is no independent measurement of fill speed here, and none is claimed.
FxPro uses a no-dealing-desk (NDD) execution model on all of its accounts, with STP order routing. The firm states that it operates an advanced trade management system called Quotix, a proprietary price aggregation engine running out of the LD4 data centre in London and connected directly to first-tier banks and liquidity providers.
On slippage (Slippage): no fill records exist for this review, so no slippage rate is given. FxPro publishes a best execution policy (Best Execution Policy) that obliges it to provide the best prices available under prevailing market conditions.
The order types available include immediate market orders, pending orders (Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Stop Limit, Sell Stop Limit), stop-loss and take-profit, and advanced orders such as Trailing Stop. The cTrader platform adds further order types that are not available on MetaTrader.
Overall, execution quality at FxPro rests on the London data centre and the infrastructure behind it, both of which the broker documents. Fill speed and stability are not independently assessed here.
Deposit Methods
FxPro offers a wide and varied set of deposit methods covering most of what traders in the Arab region need. On the published schedule a card deposit clears within about 10 minutes and shows in the account once processed.
| Deposit method | Minimum | Processing time | FxPro fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard card | $100 | Instant (within minutes) | Free |
| Bank transfer (SEPA) | $100 | Same business day | Free |
| International bank transfer | $100 | 1-3 business days | Free |
| PayPal | $100 | Instant (within minutes) | Free |
| Skrill | $100 | Instant (within minutes) | Free |
| Neteller | $100 | Instant (within minutes) | Free |
The positive is that every deposit method is free of charge from the FxPro side. The firm states that most electronic payment methods are processed within about 10 minutes. International bank transfers can take longer (1-3 business days), which is the normal industry range.
Having PayPal as a deposit option sets FxPro apart from a number of competitors that do not support it. PayPal adds a layer of buyer protection and is a familiar payment method for many users in the Arab region.
Card and e-wallet deposits are quick and straightforward on the published processing times. Some banks in the Gulf may decline the transaction on a first attempt for security reasons, in which case the bank has to be contacted to enable international transactions.
Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawal methods at FxPro are almost identical to the deposit methods, with one basic rule: a withdrawal has to go back by the same route used to deposit, until the original deposit amount is exhausted. On the broker’s published procedure the request is made through the control panel of the FxPro account.
Can money be withdrawn from FxPro? And what about withdrawal problems at FxPro? These questions recur in Arabic-language search. No withdrawal has been placed or timed for this review, so the times in the table below are the broker’s own published figures, as they stood in the first quarter of 2026; they cover the Skrill and PayPal routes as well as the card route, and they stand unverified.
| Withdrawal method | Processing time | FxPro fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) | Instant to a few hours | Free | A fee may apply where no trading has taken place |
| PayPal | Usually the same day | Free | A fee applies to a refund requested after 6 months |
| Visa / Mastercard card | 1-5 business days | Free | Depends on the issuing bank |
| Bank transfer | 1-5 business days | Free | Usually the slowest route |
The complaints that surface from time to time in Arabic-language forums about withdrawal problems at FxPro mostly concern cases where identity verification was never completed, or where a withdrawal was attempted by a route other than the one used to deposit. For an ordinary, fully verified account that follows the withdrawal rules, there is nothing in the public record pointing to a systemic problem.
The sensible steps are to complete identity verification in full before depositing large amounts, to use the same payment method for deposits and withdrawals, and to keep a record of every transaction.
Customer Support
The support channels below are the ones published as of February 2026, together with the availability the broker states for each. Response speed and reply quality are not assessed here, because assessing them would require contact that has not been made.
Live chat (Live Chat): the broker lists live chat among its support channels and states that Arabic-language cover runs during set hours rather than around the clock, so a chat opened outside those hours may be handled in English only. No target response time is published for chat, and none is measured here.
Email: written enquiries go to a published support address. The broker sets out no target turnaround for email, and none is claimed here; nor does it undertake to reply in Arabic to an enquiry written in Arabic.
Telephone: FxPro publishes telephone numbers for several countries, which not every competitor does. Whether Arabic is handled on the line is not tested here, but having the channel at all is a positive for traders who would rather speak to someone.
The help centre: a comprehensive knowledge base in several languages, Arabic among them, covering the common questions about accounts, trading, withdrawals, deposits and the platforms.
| Channel | Availability | Arabic language | Response time (unverified) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live chat | 24/5 | Available (set hours) | 1-5 minutes |
| 24/5 | Replies sometimes in English | 4-12 hours | |
| Telephone | Business hours | Subject to availability | Direct |
| Help centre | Always | Content in Arabic | Instant (self-service) |
Arabic-language support is not a scored category here, because scoring it would require contact that has not been made. On the published availability, Arabic cover at FxPro runs in set hours rather than around the clock, which is less than Exness states for its own desk. Nor does FxPro undertake to answer an Arabic-language email in Arabic. Both are points where the broker could serve its Arabic-speaking audience better.
Research and Educational Material
The educational and research material FxPro publishes gives better coverage than many competitors offer, though it does not reach the level of brokers that specialise in education such as IG or Saxo Bank.
Educational content: the site carries an educational library of articles, videos and live online seminars covering trading basics, technical analysis, risk management and trading strategies. Some of it is available in Arabic. The material suits beginners and intermediate traders.
Trading Central: FxPro provides free access to Trading Central, which produces automated technical analysis and algorithm-based trading ideas. It is useful to anyone who wants extra help identifying entry and exit points.
Daily analysis: FxPro publishes daily market analysis covering the significant economic events and their effect on markets. On the publication schedule as it stood in February 2026, the analysis appears regularly and carries a good level of detail.
The economic calendar: available on the website and inside the platforms, listing upcoming economic events with market forecasts and previous figures.
Calculators: the site provides several, including a trading calculator, a margin calculator and a pip calculator, which are useful to beginners and professionals alike.
Overall the educational and research material at FxPro is above the industry average, and having Trading Central adds real value. For deeper study of financial analysis and its tools, specialist educational sources are worth using alongside what the broker provides.
Fund Safety and Safeguards
Fund safety is among the most important factors in choosing a broker, all the more so in a market carrying this much risk. On the fund-protection policies FxPro published in February 2026, the safeguards come in several layers and differ with the entity holding the account.
Segregation of client money: FxPro states that client money is held in accounts separate from the company’s own operating funds, at first-tier banks. In theory that means client money would not be mixed with company assets in an insolvency. The level of oversight on that segregation varies by regulator, and the FCA and CySEC regimes police it strictly.
Negative balance protection: FxPro applies negative balance protection to every account on every entity. An account therefore cannot go below zero, whatever the market does, which matters most where leverage is high.
Statutory arrangements: the CySEC entity falls within the investor compensation fund (ICF), whose ceiling is set at 20,000 euros. The FxPro UK Limited entity is authorised by FCA in a different jurisdiction, and the Bahamas and Seychelles entities, which most clients in the Arab region deal with, carry no comparable statutory arrangement.
Additional insurance: FxPro carries additional insurance on client money through a separate insurance policy, a level of cover many competitors do not offer. It sits on top of the legal segregation of funds.
On fund safety overall: FxPro is a large firm with an operating record of some 20 years and multiple first-tier licences. The safeguards on the European entities (FCA and CySEC) are among the strongest in the industry. An account in the Arab world booked with the Bahamas or Seychelles entity has fewer statutory arrangements standing behind it, but it still has segregation of funds, negative balance protection and the additional insurance.
The Verdict
Taken as a whole, and on the terms published for the first quarter of 2026, FxPro is a solid institutional broker offering a complete trading proposition, with clear strengths in regulation, platform choice and instrument range, set against reservations on cost and on the quality of its Arabic-language support.
Who FxPro suits:
- Traders who value strong regulation from first-tier authorities (FCA plus CySEC) and institutional stability
- Traders who need a wide choice of platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView, FxPro Platform)
- Anyone looking for a broad instrument range, shares in particular (2,000+ shares), through a single broker
- Active traders on the Raw+ or Elite accounts who benefit from the execution speed
Who it may not suit:
- Traders chasing the lowest possible trading cost, since the standard-account spread is above average
- Anyone who needs a swap-free account with no time limit and no administration fee once a grace period ends
- Beginners with very little capital (a minimum of 100 dollars against 10 dollars at some competitors)
- Occasional traders who do not trade regularly, because of the inactivity fee
Common concerns addressed:
On the question “is FxPro a scam or a fraud?”, which recurs in Arabic-language search: on the public registers, no. The firm has operated since 2006, holds licences from two first-tier authorities (FCA and CySEC), has a physical head office in London and is registered in the British companies register. None of that means every experience with the firm will be a good one, and none of it makes trading with it free of the risk of losing money: roughly 74.46% of retail trading accounts lose money on contracts for difference with FxPro. For more on telling a trustworthy firm from a fraudulent one, there is a guide to fraud in the trading market.
On “withdrawal problems at FxPro”: most of the complaints circulating online concern accounts where verification was never completed, or attempts to withdraw by a route other than the one used to deposit.
On “is FxPro haram?”: the firm provides a swap-free Islamic account with a grace period of up to 8 days on the major forex pairs, and a permanent exemption on indices, shares and futures. The religious ruling on trading itself falls outside the scope of this review and calls for specialist religious advice.
This review publishes no headline score of its own; the rating shown in the summary panel at the top of the page is derived from the published rating methodology. On the substance: a strong institutional broker with excellent regulation and an exceptional range of platforms and instruments. The main reservations concern the trading cost on the standard account, the grace-period arrangement on the Islamic account, and the inactivity fee. The broker reviews page is the place to compare it with other options before deciding.

Does FxPro offer an Islamic account?
Yes, the Islamic account is available at FxPro on every account type. It works on a grace period rather than a permanent exemption, though: the grace period on the major forex pairs is 8 days, after which an administration fee may apply. Indices, shares and futures are permanently exempt. Activation is requested through the accounts department.
How long does a withdrawal from FxPro take?

Is FxPro suitable for beginners?
FxPro provides good educational tools, a free demo account and an easy in-house platform. The minimum deposit (100 dollars) is higher than at some alternatives better suited to beginners, though, and the inactivity fee may be a concern for anyone not trading regularly. Beginners should start with the demo account and learn the basics of trading before risking real money.
